Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping within Japan is available for orders of ￥2,500 or more (tax included).

  • For orders under 2,500 yen (tax included), a handling fee of ￥660 (tax included) will be charged.

  • Monthly subscription deliveries are always shipped free of charge.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. During times of high demand, shipments may take longer than usual.
    We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Carrier

  • All deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

  • Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.

Time Slot Selection

You can select a preferred delivery time from the available options during checkout.
(Please note that these are general timeframes and delivery within the selected slot is not guaranteed.)

Available Time Slots:

  • No preference

  • Morning (before noon)

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping.

  • Shipping fees are based on package weight and will be paid by the customer.

  • Customs duties and other import taxes may be charged in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Since customs duties and handling fees cannot be determined before shipment, we are unable to answer inquiries regarding these fees in advance.
    We kindly ask that you research and prepare for any such charges when receiving your product.
