Shipping Information

  • Free shipping for orders over ￥2,500 (incl. tax).

  • A flat shipping fee of ￥660 (incl. tax) applies to orders under ￥2,500.

  • Monthly subscription purchases always include free shipping.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD via Yamato Transport)
    A COD handling fee of ￥300 + tax will be charged per shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We take every measure to ensure product quality, but in case of damage, soiling, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping fees in such cases will be covered by us.

  • Returns or exchanges after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • Returns due to customer preference cannot be accepted due to the nature of our products.

  • For returns not related to product defects, all shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your designated bank account within 3 business days.
