Returns & Exchanges

While we take the utmost care in ensuring product quality, if your item is damaged, soiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days have passed since the product's arrival.

• Returns due to customer preference or convenience are not accepted, due to the nature of the products.

• For reasons other than initial defects, the shipping fees and handling charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer.
