Q. How do I use it?
A. We recommend using it with the special facial cleansing net for best results.
（1）First, wash your hands thoroughly to remove any dirt or oil.
（2）Wet the facial cleansing net and place an appropriate amount (about 1–2 cm) of the cleanser onto the inside of the net.
（3）Hold the net to the side and gently rub your hands together in a circular motion to create foam.
（4）Once the foam begins to form, hold the net vertically and move it up and down slowly to generate dense, fine bubbles—being careful not to let the foam drop.
（5）If the foam isn’t forming well, add a little water and continue whisking.
（6）Once you've created enough rich lather, squeeze it out onto your palm and gently cleanse your face with the foam.

Q. Do I have to use the facial cleansing net (AWAWA NET) that comes with the set?
A. No, the cleanser can be used without the net. However, for a rich, creamy foam, we recommend using a facial cleansing net.

Q. What is the expiration date?
A. The product has a shelf life of 3 years when unopened. However, once opened, exposure to air may lead to oxidation and evaporation. To maintain product quality, avoid storing it in direct sunlight or in places with rapid temperature changes.
Precautions for use

●Please use carefully and stop if any skin abnormalities occur. If the following cases happen, such as (1) or (2), please stop using it immediately and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen symptoms.
(1) If you experience any redness, swelling, itching, irritation, depigmentation (such as vitiligo), or darkening during use.
(2) If similar symptoms occur after sun exposure.

●Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.

●Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, do not rub them. Rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If discomfort persists, consult an ophthalmologist.

●If you have sensitive skin, please check all ingredients and precautions carefully before use. We recommend conducting a patch test on a sensitive area, such as the inside of your arm.
