Q. Are there any people who should not use this device?
A.
Please do not use this device if any of the following apply:
・People who use a pacemaker or internal defibrillator.
・People who have metal implants in the treatment area. (Excluding dental work)
・People who have or had cancer (especially skin cancer) or precancerous moles
・People who suffer from severe heart disease or cardiovascular conditions
・People who are immunocompromised (e.g., dut to AIDS or immunosuppressants)
・People who have heat-sensitive conditions (e.g., herpes simplex)
・ People who have active skin issues such as swelling, eczema, psoriasis, or rashes.
・People who have had surgery, laser treatment, or deep chemical peels in the treatment area in the past 3 months.
・People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・People who have allergies or highly sensitive skin.

Q. What functions does the device offer?

Q. How is Clionefit different from the previous Clione model?
A. The MFIP mode is newly added to Clionefit. This feature delivers rhythmic pulses, simulating a shiatsu massage while enhancing absorption, RF, and EMS performance. Clionefit also delivers 10% more output than previous models, such as Clione and Clione Dot.

Q. How long is the warranty period?
A. Your Clionefit comes with a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. In case of a defect, we’ll handle the repair or replacement, provided the product has a valid serial number and warranty card.

Q. How do I request a repair?
A.
・If within 1 year: Repairs are free.
・If over 1 year: Repairs cost ¥4,200 (tax included).

Steps:
1. Download and fill in the Repair Request Form
2. Send it with the device and warranty card to the address listed
3. If repairs are declined mid-process, a ¥1,100 return fee applies
4. Payment is cash on delivery via Yamato Courier

Q. Can I use any beauty serum?
A. Yes, but we recommend Plamine Essence, specifically formulated to be compatible with beauty devices. Be cautious with other serums—electroporation introduces ingredients deep into the skin, so avoid formulas with potential irritants or ingredients not meant for deep penetration.

Q. How often should I use the device?
A. Use 2–3 times per week. Start slowly and monitor your skin for any sensitivity. If redness occurs, reduce frequency.

Q. Can it be used on the body as well?
A. Yes, Clionefit can be used on areas beyond the face.

Q. At what level should I use?
A. There are 3 intensity levels. Start at Level 1, and gradually increase based on your skin’s comfort and response. Always patch-test if unsure.
