Q.How do I use it?
A. (1.) Shake well before use to mix the two layers.
(2.) Dispense an appropriate amount (2–3 pumps) into your hand and gently apply it to your entire face.
(3.) For areas prone to dryness, such as around the eyes or mouth, we recommend layering for added hydration.
*This serum can also be used on the neck and décolletage for extended care.

Q.Why does the product have two seperate layers?
A. The yellow top layer is oil-based, while the transparent bottom layer is water-based.This two-layer structure naturally occurs due to the difference in density—oil is lighter than water.Together, they form a safe and effective barrier serum that wraps the skin in moisture and provides long-lasting protection against dryness, irritation, and inflammation by combining the benefits of both oil and water.

Q.Do you use artificial coloring?
A. No, we do not use artificial coloring. The yellow color in the oil layer is a natural hue derived from carrot root extract.

Q. What is the expiration date?
A. The unopened product has a shelf life of 3 years. Once opened, exposure to air may cause oxidation and evaporation. To maintain quality, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes.

Precautions for use

●Please use carefully and stop if any skin abnormalities occur. If the following cases happen, such as (1) or (2), please stop using it immediately and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen symptoms.
(1) If you experience any redness, swelling, itching, irritation, depigmentation (such as vitiligo), or darkening during use.
(2) If similar symptoms occur after sun exposure.
●Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.
●Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, do not rub them. Rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If discomfort persists, consult an ophthalmologist.
●If you have sensitive skin, please check all ingredients and precautions carefully before use. We recommend conducting a patch test on a sensitive area, such as the inside of your arm.
